Homemade milk tea at home

How to make a delicious cup of milk tea?

It is said that milk tea is addictive. I used to think that coffee is addictive. Now I believe this statement when it happens to me. I don’t know if it is addictive or its deliciousness is really unbearable temptation. It is also because of its popularity, and various negative information has also followed. Most of the milk tea in the milk tea shop is made from milk tea powder. In order to improve the taste, some creamer must be added, and some people have deliberately tested the major The sugar content of the brand's milk tea is scary. Especially for people who lose weight, every cup of milk tea is drunk with guilt.

So, for my own health, I help myself to quit this damn milk tea addiction, and now I change to make milk tea at home. I tried it again and again. The ratio of milk to tea really has to be tried many times before I can find the most suitable one. That one, although not as rich as the one in the milk tea shop, it really doesn’t produce the same taste without creamer, but it’s still enough to relieve gluttons, and the milk and tea you use are knowledgeable and will not affect the body. What are the side effects.

Now I will teach you the method of making milk tea by myself. It is the ratio that I found after trying many times. The ratio and method are not the only ones. What I like is the most important thing.

raw material:

250ml milk, 2 packs of black tea, appropriate amount of sugar

1. Make tea first, pour about 1 cup of water, heat it in a pot, add black tea bags after the water is hot, put 2 bags in, and pour out the tea after boiling for a while. You can also pour the tea if you like a stronger tea flavor. Soak the bag in the tea for a while.

2. Then melt the sugar. I use brown sugar here, because I personally like milk tea with a darker color. Melt quickly, pour the milk when it's slightly thick and fry, the sugar is a little lumpy at this time, it doesn't matter, it will melt away later, and the color will be beautiful.

3. Pour the tea into the milk and heat it on a low fire. Note that the whole process should be kept on a low fire. The milk should not boil. Turn off the heat when the milk is slightly bubbling.

4. In order to make the milk tea more delicate and mellow, it is best to filter it and taste the sweetness. If it is not sweet enough, you can add some sugar while it is hot. You can drink it when it is not hot. The hot milk tea is more mellow, breakfast or afternoon Tea is a particularly good choice.

TIPS:

For those who like caramel milk tea, it takes a little longer to melt the sugar and wait until the sugar becomes stickier and pour it to the bottom of the cup. If you pour it in a transparent cup, turn it around twice, let the caramel hang in the cup, and then pour milk, it will be dirty tea.👇

You don’t have to use black tea for tea, other teas are okay. You don’t need to make tea if you are too troublesome. You can put the tea directly into the milk when heating the milk, but I think it’s a bit strong and make it first. It's tea.

I tried the ratio of 2 bags of milk to 3 bags of tea. Use this ratio if you prefer a stronger milk flavor, but the tea flavor is not so prominent.

Adding evaporated milk to the milk tea is also a good choice, which is thicker and more mellow.
