Making Shawarma Chicken Roll

Ingredients :


Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast powder


Olive oil, salt, sugar, spice powder, chili powder


Black pepper, ginger garlic sauce, tahini sauce, garlic mayonnaise


Yogurt, lemon juice, chicken, tomatoes


Carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, cabbage, jalapenos


specific methods :

1 scoop=15ml; 1 teaspoon=5ml


Flour cake making :

1. Pour 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/2 teaspoons yeast powder, 4-5 teaspoons olive oil into the basin and mix well. Add warm water and knead until Dough forming


2. After spreading a little olive oil on the dough, let it wake up for 30 minutes; then open it and knead it for 15 minutes;


3. Roll out the dough into a round shape, and fry it in the pan until light brown after 15 minutes on the cover, and then put it on a plate for later use.


Marinated chicken meat :

1.500g chicken boneless and shredded, add 3 spoons of yogurt, 1/2 spoon of ginger garlic sauce, 1/2 spoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of spice powder, 3/2 teaspoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 black pepper Teaspoon, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes;


2. Put 1 spoon of olive oil in the pot, fry the chicken and set it aside.


Seasoning preparation :


1. 4 spoons of sesame paste, 2 spoons of garlic mayonnaise, 2 spoons of yogurt, 1-2 spoons of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, stir well and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.


Preparation of side dishes :


1. Remove seeds and shred tomatoes, shred carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, and cabbage, add chicken and 1/4 cup of jalapenos, and stir well.
