Chocolate ice cream + Oreo shreds (exquisite without ice residue)

Of course I will make ice cream at home on the weekend~ You can do it with an electric whisk. After testing several flavors, I still find that chocolate and matcha are the best. Very smooth, no ice residue.

Do it and freeze it in the refrigerator. Use an ice cream scoop to dig a few balls when you want to eat~(=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ

This recipe uses raw eggs. Mind if you don't do it~

Everyone has different tastes, and chocolate can be increased or decreased according to your own taste. The amount of sugar is too. But it is not recommended that the deviation is too large. The finished product is made into a 500ml box with three boxes.

4 raw eggs

250g whipped cream

70% dark chocolate 50g

30g milk

Condensed milk 80g

Sugar 30g

Oreo crushed right amount

How to make chocolate ice cream + Oreo crushed (exquisite and no ice residue)

step 1

The yellow swan is used as the egg to eat raw eggs, and sometimes Lanhuang is also used.

Step 2

Separate the yolk and egg white. Add 30g of caster sugar to the egg whites in two times and beat them until they are textured and lifted up to have upright tips.

Step 3

Heat the milk and pour it into a chocolate bowl to melt it. If you want to make matcha flavor, first melt 20g matcha powder with hot milk. If you want to make the original flavor, just remove this step. Oreo remove the sandwich and put it in a sealed bag to break (personally think not to make it too thin)

The whipped cream is blended with condensed milk until it becomes grainy but still keeps its fluidity.

Step 5

Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, and continue to beat evenly.

Step 6

Put the whipped egg whites in twice and stir gently

Step 7

Until it is smooth and not grainy.

Step 8

Stir in an appropriate amount of crushed Oreo (according to your own taste)

Pour it into the crisper ~ shake it a few times. Put it in the frozen layer and freeze for more than four hours (=ﾟωﾟ)ノ overnight is better

I froze it all night and used an ice cream scoop to scoop the ball and eat it~ Is it not as good as the one bought outside~ The chocolate flavor is very strong. There is no ice residue.
