How to prepare a perfect Christmas dinner(1)

Hello everyone, what I am preparing to cook today is a Christmas meal: milky mashed potatoes, roasted mixed vegetables with honey, vegetable and fruit pumpkin soup, roast beef with ham with mushroom sauce, hot drinks with spices, and roasted brulee with caramel as dessert. Follow my steps and follow me, and share it with family and friends on Christmas!


1. Caramel Baked Brulee

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk, leaving only the egg yolk for later use. Add white sugar to the egg yolk and stir with a whisk until fluffy and lighter in color.

Cut half a vanilla bean pod and scrape out the vanilla seeds with the back of a knife.


Add whipped cream to the milk pan, add vanilla seeds and vanilla bean pods, heat and stir them on medium-low heat, turn off the heat when it is boiling, remove the vanilla bean pods.

Pour the hot cream into the egg yolk several times in small amounts, and stir as you add it so that the egg yolk and cream are fully integrated (don't pour too much cream at one time, it will blanch the egg yolk).


After the evaporated milk is ready, pour it evenly into 4 small mugs. Pour hot water into the baking dish, half of the mug, and then put it in the oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake for half an hour.


After the bake is baked, pour out the hot water and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

2 hours later

Sprinkle a thick layer of sugar on the surface of the grilled brulee. Gently shake the cup to even out the sugar, and discard the excess sugar. Ignite the gun, adjust the size of the flame, and heat the sugar with the gun to form caramel. Set aside to let the sugar solidify.



2.Roast beef with ham and mushroom sauce:

Chop 300 grams of mushrooms, or use a food processor to chop mushrooms.


Add a little olive oil to the pot, add crushed mushroom froth, fry until the mushrooms are out of water, add a little salt, thyme, and black pepper to taste.Continue to fry until the mushrooms have dried up.

Next, start to prepare the beef ribs, use a knife to cut down the beef ribs, cut to two thirds and stop, put a few slices of ham on the cut, spread the mushroom sauce that has just been fried on the ham and compact it .

Put a few slices of ham on the mushroom sauce, and finally put a stick of thyme to enhance the flavor.


Tie the beef ribs tightly along the cut surface with rope, sprinkle salt and black pepper on the beef to taste, and give the beef a simple massage.

Place two pieces of garlic on the ribs and drizzle with some olive oil.


Place the beef ribs in an oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for 1 and a half hours.

One and a half hours later

At this time, our grilled ribs can be taken out of the oven and set aside to dry for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, cut off the rope that tied the beef, and roast the outside of the beef ribs with a musket, so that the beef ribs added a peppery flavor.


Then use a knife to remove the steak bones along the previous incision, and cut them into slices with a thickness of 0.5 inside. The meat inside is pink, standard MEDIUM RARE.
