How to make a morning sandwich at home

Today I want to share a breakfast sandwich suitable for freezing. It is very suitable for a healthy breakfast for work and school, including busy outdoor camping. Let's get started :

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, in a transparent mixing bowl, mix 8 eggs, pour in a quarter cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sour cream , one half tablespoon of salt and one quarter tablespoon Use a whisk to keep stirring the black pepper until it is evenly combined.


Add half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and stir well, or you can use another cheese you like to stir. After stirring, set aside.


Spread butter in a square casserole, so that your eggs are easy to fry and not easy to mash. Pour our stirred cheese and egg mixture into the buttered casserole, put it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake the fish 17 -20 minutes or until it becomes fluffy.


During the baking process in the oven, using this time, we cut the 6 English muffins in half, and moved the cut side to the baking tray (it would be easy to cut the bread with a serrated knife).


Spread some melted butter on the muffin and put it in the oven immediately. By the way, check whether the egg cheese in the oven expands well, and make sure that you poke the top of it without feeling wet.

Bake your English muffins at high temperature in the oven for 2-4 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy. Pay more attention to the muffins, they bake quickly.



Our egg cheese has now been taken out of the oven and cooled for 10-15 minutes. Loosen the edges with a knife, you can cut into 6 even squares or use a circular cutter.


Put the bottom muffin bread on the bottom, put the cut cheese and egg, and then put a piece of cheese and a piece of ham (or chicken instead). Finally, cover with a muffin.



I like this recipe and have made a lot of them. They can be individually wrapped in plastic wrap so that they will stay longer, and then put them in a freezer-safe bag like this, and they will be kept in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 months. If you want to eat them the next day, just reheat them from the frozen state, which is easy.
