2021 Homemade pumpkin puree soup at home

 


Ingredients for butternut pumpkin soup: 1 pumpkin, 1 onion, bay leaves, salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and some milk.

1. First peel off the skin of the pumpkin. If you successfully peel off the skin, you can basically complete the soup. Pick out the pumpkin seeds and throw them away.

2. Cut the pumpkin into strips like the moon. The bright orange has a warm taste in winter and is very beautiful. If you leave a little skin or seeds, it is perfectly fine.


3. Pour some olive oil into the pot, add the pumpkin and stir fry back and forth. Fry the chopped onion and pumpkin together, add a pinch of salt and a few bay leaves.


4. Pour some water (just don't submerge the pumpkin), close the lid, and simmer until they become soft.

5. Put all the pumpkins in the blender, add a small amount of milk, and let the blender mix and stir!




6. Pour the stirred pumpkin juice into the pot and reheat it. Now the soup is complete!
