Homemade Steak Sauce at Home
Ingredients: 2 steaks, 1/4 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 10 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 2 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 2 grams of sugar
1. Dry the steak with blood, add black pepper and rose salt to marinate
2. Add a little water to crush garlic and onion
3. Heat the pan with butter, fry the steak after melting, and heat the whole process. One minute on each side is medium-cooked. One side for 1 minute and the other for 2 minutes are half-baked. Each side is half cooked in 2 minutes.
4. Fry the steak and put it on the plate, wait for the juice inside to come out, it will be more delicious.
5. In the same pot, turn to low heat, add garlic juice, and sauté until fragrant.
6. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, a lot of black pepper, and boil into steak sauce.
7. Finally, just pour it on the steak. While making the sauce, the juice of the steak has also come out. You can add your favorite side dishes or pasta, and you can mix and match. The steak is cooked very quickly and the whole process takes about 15 minutes.
