Chocolate Sandwich Cookies



I have gained weight recently, and I also want to learn to lose weight and go on a diet. I never expected to eat a little less at a meal. There are only two words in my mind in the afternoon: Hungry…………! I've been hungry for an afternoon and figured it out. I'd better stock up on some food, and don't make it hard for myself.

Let the oven preheat to 160 degrees first .


material  :


120g low-gluten flour

15g almond flour

sugar 35g

1 pinch sea salt

60g butter

whole egg half

stuffing

70% dark chocolate 60g

40 grams of milk

15g coarse brown sugar

10g cocoa powder


How to make Chocolate Sandwich Cookies :

 1. Cut the butter into small pieces, sifted flour + almond flour + sugar + sea salt, put them into a food processor and mix them into grit;



2. Mix the whole egg mixture, knead it into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour;


3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4mm, cut into 7cm rounds, and refrigerate for 20 minutes;



4. Poke holes with a fork and refrigerate for 20 minutes;


5. Bake at 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes, adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven, bake until the cookies are golden brown;



6. Stuffing method:

Melt dark chocolate + milk in water and mix well, add brown sugar and cocoa powder and mix well, cool to room temperature in a piping bag for later use.



7. After the biscuits have cooled to room temperature, squeeze the chocolate filling on the biscuits and cover with another piece to complete the assembly.
