Christmas Two Tone Sandwich Dakwatz



Life requires some sense of ritual, and it is best to consecrate the Dakwaz mold. The mold is from Chiyoda. If you don't have it, you can make a large dakwatz on the baking sheet yourself, and then use the same mousse mold to press out the same size of dakwat.

The practice of Christmas two-color sandwich dakwaz :


1. First of all, let's do some preparations: preheat the oven to 170 degrees; then melt the white chocolate in water for later use. Now let's make Dakwaz.



2. Sift all the flours of ① into a bowl, then stir well with egg beater.



3. Beat ② egg whites and caster sugar to nine points.



4. Pour ① into the beaten ②, cut and mix well, then put into a piping bag.


5. Squeeze the prepared dakwaz batter into the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake in a preheated 170-degree oven for 15 minutes. (Please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven.)



6. After the dakwaz is ready, let it cool for later use.


7. Now let's make the two-color filling.


8. Put the cheese and marshmallows into a clean bowl, then beat with a whisk until smooth.



9. The fluff vanilla marshmallows used this time have a different texture from ordinary marshmallows, so you cannot use other marshmallows. The taste of fluff is not sweet and greasy, and it can be eaten directly or used for baking. It is very convenient for decoration or filling. And this marshmallow is fat-free, 0-cholesterol, and healthier. Add fluff marshmallows for added stability! More suitable for framing



10. Add the whipped cream and beat evenly, then add the melted white chocolate and continue to beat evenly. Prepare two clean piping bags and put them in the piping tip, (I use a large chrysanthemum piping tip for a white cheese filling, and a small chrysanthemum piping tip for a red cheese filling)



11. Put the cheese filling in the previous step into a clean piping bag, then pour the red velvet solution into the basin and continue to whisk evenly, then pour it into another clean piping bag.

Note: You can choose the nozzle according to your own preferences, you can choose one big or small, or you can choose the same.



12. Let's assemble and decorate the dakwatz. First, take a dakwaz as a base, and then squeeze cheese on it, first squeeze the white and then squeeze the red.



13. After squeezing, cover with another slice of dakwaz, and then squeeze two cheese flowers on the surface to decorate, and put an appropriate amount of strawberry pieces to complete.
