This time the apple pie uses homemade Western-style puff pastry, smeared with fresh cinnamon apple puree, and then topped with apple slices. It is easy and convenient to make a crisp and sweet apple pie in 30 minutes.
material:
Western-style pasting 350g, apple puree 200g
6 apples, half lemon,
40 grams of vanilla sugar, 40 grams of butter
How to make meringue cinnamon apple pie
Apple puree: two apples, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon of honey.
Chop two apples, put them in a small pot, add 2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes until the apples are soft and rotten. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and use a blender to puree the fruit for later use.
Apple Pie :
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Use a rolling pin to make the Western-style puff pastry made in advance into a 2mm thin rectangle, and place it on a baking tray lined with butter paper. Spread cinnamon and apple puree evenly, leaving a gap of about 2cm on the edge.
2. Cut six apples into thin slices, and rub lemon juice on the apple slices to prevent them from oxidizing and turning black. Spread the apple slices tightly on the pie crust. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cut into small pieces of butter, put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Tips :
Apple pie is best eaten when it is warm. The sweet smell of apple, plus the crispy texture of the crispy skin, paired with a cup of tea or coffee, the taste of autumn is all in it.
