This season, I really just want to eat desserts with strawberries~

The custard sauce given will not be too sweet, and Dakwaz will not feel tired because of the addition of almond flour~

Makes about 4 medium sized (pictured)

Come and welcome 2020 with a sweet treat~

Material :

Custard sauce: 2 egg yolks, 100g milk, 100g whipped cream, appropriate amount of vanilla paste, 20g sugar, 10g cornstarch

Dakwaz: 2 egg whites (about 65g) 20g caster sugar, appropriate amount of vanilla paste, 52g almond powder, 35g powdered sugar, 12g low powder ————— powder sugar for decoration About 8 strawberries

practice :

1. First make the custard sauce and prepare the ingredients.

2 Add sugar and vanilla paste to the egg yolk and mix well, then add cornstarch and mix without dry powder.

3. Heat the mixture of whipped cream and milk, and turn off the heat when small bubbles begin to appear around it.

4. Pour it into step 2, and quickly stir the liquid while pouring.

5. Pour the mixed liquid back into the pot and continue to heat on low heat. Stir constantly while heating. Turn off the heat and cool down quickly when it thickens. Cover the custard sauce with a layer of plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use.

6. Prepare the materials for Dakwaz.

7. Preheat the oven to 200℃ for 12 minutes.

8. Beat the egg whites until thick foam, add all the sugar and an appropriate amount of vanilla paste, and beat at high speed until wet and dry foam, which is more elastic and slightly curved.

9. Mix in sifted low-powder sugar and almond flour.

10. Mix well.

11. Put it into a piping bag, use the piping nozzle with a round hole to extrude the circle round by round, and then extrude the water drop shape on the top as shown in the figure, and dig a depression in the middle.

12. Put it in the oven to bake.

13. After cooling, take out the custard sauce and whip it with egg whip until it is smooth and squeezed in the middle of the dakwaz.

14. Put half-cut strawberries around, add some decorations (mint, rosemary, etc.) in the middle and sprinkle some powdered sugar.

Tips:

The bottom of dakwaz is easier to paste, pay attention to the temperature of your own oven.
