Yogurt Mousse (No Whipped Cream)

Today, I'm going to make a few lovely Oreo mousse cakes, without the use of ovens, molds, or whipped cream. The point is, the taste is equally smooth and refreshing. It's super easy, just stir and you're done.
Material :
Cake base: 100 grams of crushed Oreos, 40 grams of melted butter
Mousse paste: 30 grams of crushed Oreos, 240 grams of softened cream cheese, 30 grams of caster sugar, 0.5 grams of salt, 230 grams of thick yogurt, 150 grams of pure milk, 12 grams of melted gelatin flakes, cocoa powder And the right amount of chocolate.
How to make yogurt mousse (without whipped cream):
1. Add melted butter to crushed Oreos and mix well.
2. Pour it into a glass box lined with oiled paper, compact it and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate.
3. Softened cream cheese + caster sugar + salt, mix well.
4. Add the thick yogurt in two batches.
5. Mix well (if it is made into mango flavor, mango puree should be added in this step)
6. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water in advance, mix with milk and heat until the gelatin is completely softened, then remove from the heat immediately.
7. Add to the cream cheese batter.
8. Quickly mix (if it is Oreo flavor, this step is to add Oreo crushed)
9. Pour it into the mold and send it to the refrigerator for more than 6 hours until it is completely shaped.
